Function companion currently not usable #7

As it stands now, any attempts to use the Function companion workbench when editing a model results in the error message:

Error (error): Empty batch calls are not supported, at least one request is required.; your operation was likely not performed.

The likely cause is probably pretty simple: I think that the plugin requires the term in the annotation to be from molecular function. From the text I just (re-)noticed at the top of the Function companion page:

[The function Companion] will only process classes in the function aspect.
