proposed definition: A maize fungal disease (PDO:0000012) caused by Colletotrichum graminicola (PDO:0000106)." [PDO:austin_meier]

note: Not sure if this is a general anthracnose term, or is specific to either leaf blight or stalk rot (those are the two terms we have from APS)

note: I've added both stalk rot, and leaf blight to this SF term.
