Found in the PHI-base spreadsheet. this tracker claims "ear rot" where as the APS sheet says "Seed rot-seedling blight"

I used this tracker for both Seed rot, and seedling blight

PDO:0000180 Proposed name:Maize Fusarium seed rot fungal disease Proposed definition:A maize fungal disease (PDO:0000012) caused by Fusarium verticillioides (PDO:XXX).

AND

PDO:0000181 Proposed name:Maize Fusarium seedling blight fungal disease Proposed definition:A maize fungal disease (PDO:0000012) caused by Fusarium verticillioides (PDO:XXX).
