Is there any reason to mint your own IDs, rather than making a submodule of NCBITaxon and importing it?
Right now you have Poaceae is_a host plant - here you are saying that all instances of Poaceae are host plants. Is this what you intend? I suppose it's true if there are no gnotobiotic plants, but it's still odd.
You don't have edges connecting taxa to diseases - do you want me to add these?
