Created a new term: rice bakanae fungal disease (PDO:0000168) as a child term of rice fungal disease (PDO:0000081) and caused by Fusarium fujikuroi (PDO:0000169).

Proposed name and def'n: rice bakanae fungal disease (PDO:0000168): A rice fungal disease (PDO:0000081) caused by Fusarium fujikuroi (PDO:0000169).

Added "rice foolish seedling disease" as a related synonym.
