PO:0007015 radicle emergence is_a root emergence stage and part_of seedling development stage. Should be is_a child of both of these, one of them being inferred by cross product.

Need to work on definition too, and name should be radicle emergence stage.

At the POC conf call 3-21-12, we agreed on the revised defintion: radicle emergence stage (PO:0007015): A root development stage (PO:0007520) during which a radicle (PO:0020031) emerges from the seed coat (PO:0009088). part_of seed germination stage (PO:0007057)
