Proposed names and definitions
baking quality: A cooking or brewing quality (TO:0000667) which is associated with the quality of baked goods.
malting: A cooking or brewing quality (TO:0000667) which is associated with converting the starches of a distillery mash to fermentable sugar by the enzymes of the malt.
milling quality index: A cooking or brewing quality (TO:0000667) which is associated with the measure of the ability of a wheat to produce high yield of flour with required characteristics by a predetermined milling method.

This class is too broad and needs to be split into two separate terms and moved to be child terms of processing quality (TO:0001068): cooking quality brewing quality
Suggest this term should be obsoleted and the two new terms created to describe the various traits.
