Though they are kernel type traits identified visually, these are essentially endosperm quality traits and we have them e.g.

endosperm quality (TO:0000587) [i] glutinous endosperm (TO:0000098) [i] sugary endosperm (TO:0000099) [i] shrunken endosperm (TO:0000100) [i] floury endosperm (TO:0000104) [i] dull endosperm (TO:0000105) [i] endospermless (TO:0000231) [i] chalky endosperm (TO:0000266) [i] grain belly percent white (TO:0000383)

[i] grain core percent white (TO:0000390) #0

[i] grain core area white (TO:0000665) #0

[i] globulin protein content (TO:0000710) #0

[i] brittle endosperm (TO:0000713) #0

[i] etched endosperm (TO:0000716) #0

[i] rough endosperm (TO:0000717) #0

Made these endosperm traits is_a children of endosperm anatomy and morphology trait and also kept them as endosperm quality trait (dual parentage) Linked them to endosperm quality trait in the comment.

[i] glutinous endosperm (TO:0000098) [i] sugary endosperm (TO:0000099) [i] shrunken endosperm (TO:0000100) [i] floury endosperm (TO:0000104) [i] dull endosperm (TO:0000105) [i] endospermless (TO:0000231) [i] chalky endosperm (TO:0000266) [i] brittle endosperm (TO:0000713) [i] etched endosperm (TO:0000716) [i] rough endosperm (TO:0000717)

brittle endosperm was already an existing child of endosperm anatomy and morphology trait

Where is the xref from CO_450:0000000:0000020?? This is not one of the GCP ontology identifiers:

http://pantheon.generationcp.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=20&Itemid=37

It looks like CO_322:0000168 Kernel type in the Maize trait ontology
