Needs clarification: Is this referring to a cotyledon? If so there is an existing term seedling cotyledon size (TO:0000752): A seedling cotyledon anatomy and morphology trait (TO:0000774) which is associated with the size of a seedling cotyledon (PO:0025471).

It was proposed by the submitter that this trait be a child of leaf size.
