Needs clarification: Is this referring to a hypocotyl? If so we have the existing term seedling hypocotyl anatomy and morphology trait (TO:0000769): A hypocotyl anatomy and morphology trait (TO:0000757) which is associated with a seedling hypocotyl (PO:0025291).
This term was proposed by the submitter to be a child of stem diameter (TO:0020083): A stem anatomy and morphology trait (TO:0000361) which is associated with the diameter of a stem (PO:0009047).
