This was originally requested as part of [plant-trait-ontology-to-requests:#129] as a suggested child for leaf development trait (TO:0000655, but it is referring to seed shattering (hilum abscission).

hilum abscission - suggestion definition (from SOY:0001341) Separation of the suspensor from the hilum.

Made hilum abscission a synonym of seed shattering

seed shattering (TO:0000930): A seed growth and development trait (TO:0000653) which is associated with the extent of seed shattering based on the development of an abscission zone (PO:0000146).
