Issues with sorghum_GRIN.gaf file #14

This file contains irregularities in Column 16- the use of "has_exact_phenotype", which is not defined in the TO and throws errors on loading. All the rest of the GRIN files use "has_phenotype_score", which is defined in TO. The file is located at: ~/associations/to-associations/test_GRIN/sorghum_GRIN.gaf

Fixed sorghum_GRIN.gaf by replacing "has_exact_phenotype" with "has_phenotype_score" and removed (SDM) interior parentheses from column 16, which fixed the errors we were getting. Moved out of 'test_GRIN' folder and deleted that folder , as it is now empty. Renamed file "to_germplasm_Sorghum_GRIN.assoc". Ready to be loaded with the rest of the files.
