We recently found out that Cosmoss.org has been shutdown. We have 25,593 mRNAs from cosmoss_PpV1.2. These are linked to plant ontology terms through 224,640 annotations. Unfortunately, now all those links back to Cosmoss are now dead. http://browser.planteome.org/amigo/search/annotation?q=*:*&fq=taxon_label:%22Physcomitrella%20patens%22&fq=source:%22cosmoss_PpV1.2%22&sfq=document_category:%22annotation%22 We will have to reassign these to another database if there is one.
