Not sure which ones of the annotations with ensemblplants as the source, but at least Physcomitrella and Glycine max do not work anymore. Zea still works.
It looks like the IDs have changed, and that is causing the issue. May be fixed with a new annotation load with newer IDs after the new inparanoid job is finished. Or, we go to a new xref source.
