Links to TAIR PPPP genes are the wrong format #20

We have about 1991 annotations to TAIR genes, from the PPPP project that are the incorrect format. For example: http://browser.planteome.org/amigo/gene_product/TAIR:At5g63310 http://browser.planteome.org/amigo/gene_product/TAIR:At2g22870 http://browser.planteome.org/amigo/gene_product/TAIR:At5g26820

These are all from http://palea.cgrb.oregonstate.edu/viewsvn/associations/po-associations/po_gene_Arabidopsis_PPPP.assoc

In this file, the 'DB Object ID' (column 2) needs to be changed from the gene name to DB identifier, e.g. AT5G63310 to locus:3441

Also, gene names should be in capitals to be consistent with format at TAIR.
