Links to Genesys from Cassava germplasm with TO annotations do not resolve Example: https://browser.planteome.org/amigo/gene_product/Genesys-pgr:PDB54

Annotations are from the file: to_germplasm_M.esculenta_Genesys.assoc which has 406 lines, but there are only 389 on the browser.

Links out to Genesys for these are working today. Possibly was down on their end yesterday.
Also, identified there were duplicate lines in the file, which will be removed.
