From what I can tell, the gaf spec specifies that the with/from field (column 8) should be of the form XX:YYYYYYY. This file, and possibly others, have entries like "from mrl1-IHO". The text "from" should almost certainly not be there.
Might be as easy as changing "from " to "MaizeGDB:", but I'm not sure. Not sure this is even really an issue, but we should at least check it out.
