What do the word salad words do? #3

Not really an issue but I don't use Discord so this is the best place I saw to ask.

I recognize all the words except AMBIENT, ECHO, ENTER, VEHICLE, BOOST, BOOSTS, and ALIGNED. I tried messing around with ECHO and VEHICLE a while ago but couldn't figure out what they did. What do they do?

I recommend that you install this mod: https://github.com/PlasmaFlare/baba-word-glossary

This would allow you to see descriptions of all the words in the mega modpack.
