Install vim scripts? #343

Should Plasma install vim scripts for users? how about other editor support. Will a Plasma install then install support for 10 different editors but only one is used? What's the polite / reasonable way to do this without making the user do too much extra work? We should check what other packages do.

Also the vim support is in a different repository, so maybe move all the editor support if it's not too big into the main repository?
