Rhythmbox-ampache can't connect to server #7

I followed the steps carefully and the plugin still doesn't work.  I get an 
error connecting to my server address.  I know the server address is correct 
and I have put in the ACL that looks like this

DEFAULTv4   0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 All All API/RPC 

I am not sure what the key, is so I just put my password in.  I am running the 
web server on port 82 instead of 80, would this make a diff?
