I just uploaded the first few PLEPs to Zenodo for long-term archiving. I published all of them as versioned documents so that they can be updated (e.g., with formatting fixes or with amendments). Zenodo assigns a DOI for versioned documents that always points to the latest version, so that is the DOI that I've included here.
The changes I have been making yesterday and today have been formatting, link fixes, and metadata without any changes of substance to the non-informational PLEPs themselves.
