host interactive IPython notebooks #14

Is there a way for us to host interactive IPython notebooks via our website? I think that would be extremely helpful for showing off our tutorials and functionality of PlasmaPy.

I think Binder is the solution. Once the notebooks are pushed on the github repo, they can be launched interactively. This require PlasmaPy to be pip (or conda) installable.

Cf for instance the following notebooks which can be used interactively via https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/jhillairet/Python_Course_For_Fusion/master
