Update event details #112

This pull request is intended to make a few updates:

Update the link to meetings to the Zoom link from the PlasmaPy account (since we've have some issues with sharing screens with Jitsi)
Update the office hours time to be an hour later
Update community meeting information (hackmd instead of Google Drive)

I'm primarily getting this started because I keep forgetting until ∼5 minutes before each event that we need to do this, and this time I managed to remember 14 minutes ahead of time. 😬

LGTM! Could optionally go ahead and add a redirect like the plasmapy.org/jitsi one we already have.

That's a fantastic idea! That would make it a lot easier for people to bookmark the link in a way that would still allow us to update it.

I still have a few additional changes to make so I'm going to convert this to draft, but I should be able to get to them soon.

I added redirects for Zoom and our calendar, as per the very good suggestion above.
