Add page and feature card on October 2020 "office" hours

I'm planning for these to be held on October 7 & 8 at 2 pm EDT, following the NSF town hall on plasma science that's on the previous Friday.

I probably wouldn't make this a post at all. I think it would be better to add it to the meetings page, much like how the community meeting is done, and then replace the Thomson Scattering feature card with the Office Hours, much like how the community meeting is done.

Hm...I think I like your idea. If it was a just a one-off thing then a post would be most appropriate, but since we plan on adding this to our weekly calendar, adding it to the meetings page would work best. Thanks!
