BSOD after using SDI on Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using SDI on Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 5

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Driver installation success but after restart Windows get BSOD because Intel 
Graphic Driver. USB keyboard and mouse is unusable because the Intel USB 3.0 
driver is partly missing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SDI v0.2 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Had to use PS/2 Keyboard and enter safe mode to uninstall graphic driver.
Removing Nuvoton Communication Port back to Std Communication Port
Install USB 3.0 from Gigabyte site gave warning the installed driver is newer,
I continued the installation and fix the usb 3.0 problems.
Graphic card driver installed from Gigabyte site.

Actually I just wanna test SDI for the first time... and see the effectiveness
on driver installation.

anyway the Intel USB 3.0 installed from SDI only put Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible
Host Controller... so the missing part is Intel USB 3.0 Root Hub that's why
the USB Keyboard and Mouse can't function.
