Itero: Manual Signing endpoint returning 500 error #101

Hi,

Since yesterday the manual plasmo signing API endpoint is returning a 500 error (https://docs.plasmo.com/itero/api#3-post-httpsiteroplasmocomapisubmitsign)

We are on the professional plan and it last deployed successfully on 20th Feb at 9.32am GMT.

I think I raised this in the wrong place, I have raised it on the Plasmo Github project now: https://github.com/PlasmoHQ/plasmo/issues/898
