[BUG] unable start with npm run dev

What happened?

I init a project with pnpm create plasmo --with-tailwindcss, then I try to run the project with npm run dev, but it failed, the terminal output nothing, always blocked on this output.

May be it is about internet status, when I used a proxy environment everything is ok.

yes, it's a internet issue, plasmo will try connect to their website when start, so if you encounter same issue, try switch network or use proxy
