[BUG] Error while installing the plasmo library

What happened?

I tried to create new plasmo project and install the library and got the error in both cases

npm install plasmo

npx create plasmo ext-name

I run it inside this dev container: https://hub.docker.com/_/microsoft-devcontainers-typescript-node

@ershovio This issue is similar or identical to issue #924 I am seeing the same issue trying to start a new extension with npm
