New version, 3D plot, histogram, nicer layout, code refactoring

This pull request includes:

• a rework of the UI, separating functions into groups, giving the user a clear flow
• a new datastructure, the underlying database is a pandas dataframe that uses keys like Name, PlasticType, Color.
• a 3D customizable plot
• integration with the classifier model
• ability to load dataset from external source
• better csv export of dataset
• histogram plot to display results from classifier
• warning popups when trying to take a measurement before calibrating, or when loading a dataset will result in overwriting results
• clear buttons for all plots
• editing the table will also edit the dataframe
• beter table highlighting
• speed optimisations for the scatter plot
• upload model.joblib
• create pyproject.toml
  • add settings for ruff and black
• downgrade to PyQt5 due to missing features in QtDataVisualization
• add github action to lint, correct python style errors, check for spelling mistakes

Cloned the repo, tried everything to break it, pressed all the buttons and everything was expected behaviour. only things left to do is:

1. change file structure of reference data in the data repo
2. make a issue to fix the "export graph" feature to make it possible for someone to pick this up
