Implements new main menu mockup:

Add ShadowImage, ShadowLabel, ShadowTextButton, and ShadowTextButton for custom UI elements
Switch to ExtendViewport for nice menu scaling
Switch UI text images to labels

Part II of the menu refactor is cleaning up the super long methods in MainMenuScreen. However, that is something for another PR.
