Cache generated BitMapFonts in an AssetManager #85

This makes our menus pretty snappy!

Thoughts? Should we define fonts in yaml? Generating a lot of bitmap fonts on startup is pretty slow.

Things to come that are relevant:

  1. Define font configuration in yaml and load those?
  2. Design and implement splash screen (white right now)
  3. Cache other things? (Backdrops)
  4. Loading screen for levels
