Change web3/web3-ppos/web3-utils under @platonnetwork,
- npm publish this package.
- Then you can use npm installl @platonnetwork/web3 to install web3
web3-ppos:
- ethereumjs-util: The privateToAddress method requires the private key of the buffer. It can now be used normally.
