replace color scheme to fit current github contribution calendar style #51

I think the current theme is temporary right ? If so I would rather not merge this.

Notice that there is an option to specify the theme when generating.

It could be a preset though defined as github-winter in https://github.com/Platane/snk/blob/main/packages/action/palettes.ts
