Add info about inline comment #1546

Based on user feedback (through Slack): Add info about inline comment to docs. https://documentation.platformos.com/api-reference/liquid/introduction#content

I can not see the documentation about the {% liquid %} tag as well as the details about the capability of using inline comments with it. Can you please share it to me? I tested it with the liquid gui of pOS CLI and it is working but just to make sure that I am not using it wrong.
