Describe the Pain in using this API

X-Platform-Token is not needed at all for user to pass (Platform of Trust handles it) Query parameters are misleading, not that many is required at least

@edanchenkov could you provide a valid set of query parameter requirements for this? based on that we will start fixing the API specs.

Those are required:

fromId
linkContext
identityContext
linkDirection

Also linkContext does NOT have to end with /.
