generic client-side scrip to scroll towards proper anchors independent of casing #49

Now hyperlinks with anchors to docs.oftrust.net may not work correctly due to the fact that the anchors are case-sensitive by default.

It will be good to implement a generic client-side script which be added to all of the web apps in order to still scroll to the proper anchor independently of the casing.

The update should be a generic javascript, which can be applied to any other Platform of Trust website as well without any changes

A javascript mentioned above sd will solve any present and future issue caused by the improper casing of the anchors.

As we would be soon moving to new developer portal that would host the API documentation as well, closing the issue.
