UI can be enhanced. #3

The current UI of the project is bad and needs to be upgrade mostly for the CivilRegistryAnalyser project. The button to open an image and the one that launch the analysis might be at the same place.

A logger int the UI could also be provided in order to show the progress of the python analysis.

Moreover, once the image is scaled up, it can't be downsized.
