[ ] for starters, make @mentions on discord do something on webchat - highlighted text? idk
[ ] when copying from webchat to discord, replace @HiGuy with @HiGuy#1024, etc. so that the user is notified on discord

Start of this: <@mentions> from discord are translated into @mentions in webchat. Possible to notify someone if they've been mentioned?
