Notify the player if they unlocked a level while in-game #36

Could display on the right side of the screen like achievements

Could do: "Unlocked New Levels" (but not mention which), as beating Advanced Techniques unlocks about 20 and that would be a disaster

Or "Level Unlocked: (name)" if you unlocked only one, and if >1, "You unlocked some levels!"
