Time travel timers #96

Just wanted to get this out there as players want this feature. The UI maybe could be improved with a background or different TT visual for different games or something but y'know. Timer is only in seconds. Showing more would be clutter and distracting IMO. unknown

While I agree this is a highly requested feature, I'm not sure this is the way to go about it. Not showing tenths/hundredths makes non-whole second time travels feel like the first second passes too quickly. Ideally this would look like the countdown timer on Dependency, and account for other countdown timers / egg times / etc. Given the state of this repo though, I'm just going to close this PR. Thanks for the reference implementation though.
