Similar proposal step in proposals component: can it be optional? #19

There are some cases where the comparison step is unnecessary or even confusing. In this component we want to report any cutoff in the supply of electricity, gas or drinking water. If there is a reiteration, we want to highlight it, no matter other similar points. Would it be possible to select, as admins, if we want or not the similar proposals step when creating a new proposal?

No és una opció de l'admin, però ja no apareix el comparador a Coincidim (threshold 99%). Gràcies!
