Export data to Weblyzard platform (API)

Context

The goal is to make InDICEs a new, dynamic, source for the Weblyzard dashboard. The dashboar provides and API that should be updated every time some relevant action happens in the participatory platform.

Current status

So far, only API testing has been done.

The dashboard configuration is now adapted to

• treat URLs as unique; POSTing a document with a uri that already exists in the decidim repository will now result in a DuplicateURLException response and no new document is created
• nested visualizations are activated; the complete thread can be viewed by clicking the speech-bubble icons that show when hovering over a document that is part of a conversation thread in the indices dashboard (there are some example documents already visible when selecting the decidim souce)

We have also fixed some minor issues and all document API methods (POST, GET, DELETE, PUT) should now work as intended.

@microstudi Everything should be ready from our side for you to start integrating the automatic push of documents created from decidim content into the repository. Le me know if you encounter any problems or have questions.

@microstudi Is this issue outdated? It seems to be part of the (closed) Technology Integration Project and does not show in the current Project roadmap. Is there a respective new issue for this task? :)

Sorry, reopened now. Although this project is the first attempt to organize the issues. We should move to the issues.
