Custom type: custom fields (awesome)

For us it would be important that the new fields allow the activation of html editors in the public side (as in the standard proposal). is it possible? I enclose snapshot 1 to show what we see of the custom type on the public side and 2 for how we would like it to work (standard proposal interface with awesome html drag&drop

we would like to be able to insert in a paragraph field a clickable link (now it is not. screenshot 3), more generally I wanted to understand if the admin side is active html editor (now it is not see snapshot)
