custom type elements no longer active on public side proposal composition #5

residues of a custom type (now deleted and no longer active) on a standard proposal component (without custom type applied) residuo custom type cancellato

but if I create a new proposal component even in the same process, this behaviour does not occur, so I believe that the proposal component is "corrupted".
