[BUG] Improper Spawns at default spawn in incorrect biomes. #50

Describe the bug Another Heads up, the Harp Seals and Ptarmigans seem to always appear at spawn, even in a non icy biome; (odd seeing the seals in the Badlands).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Create new world and log on.

They are spawning in the river, not the badlands, and are spawning normally. I will remove them from rivers in the future though as seals don't enter riverways
