[FEATURE REQUEST] Muskeg biome #57

Seems I accidentally ripped out the template for issues, but of note is that this refers to a specific type of bogland found in Canada and Alaska. Cold, swampy biomes do not get much representation in MC mods. This would be an ideal addition to add to the mod.

Of note is that Terrablender would need to be added as a dependency if this is done, due to Mojang’s changes to biomes.

Could we get a unique flower or two for this biome? There was a type of pitcher plant I proposed for it.
