Summary 💡 Apply the main structure and methodology in CSS.

Acceptance Criteria ✅:

[ ] Choose the preprocessor ( Sass, LESS, Stylus, PostCSS ).
[ ] Pick the methodology for CSS ( OOCSS, BEM, SMACSS ).
[ ] Preprocessor installation.
[ ] Create the global variables for CSS.
[ ] Create global CSS styles ( buttons, inputs, h1,...)
