image2 is from latest Glide64(WIP) which shows the frame surrounding the text 
box as transparent.

image1 is from MyGlide64 which shows the frame as opaque and it is the same for 
Jabo D3D8 v1.6.1 on PJ64 v1.6.

I think it should be opaque rather than transparent.

Also, the highlighted text box blue color is very light.

Glide64 ini uses "optimize_texrect = 0" for this game whereas I comment it out.

I checked it with the software lle plugin.
The frame must be transparent and the highlighted text box color is dynamically 
changing from light blue to very light blue. Glide64 is correct here.
