fix: temporarily disable extra jb bypass for release #122

Temporarily gate this behind an envvar so it can't be enable from UI Reportedly this is breaking Japan BA. I'll implement one with fishhook later

It "fixes" BA on the Japanese distribution. I suspect what's happening is that it's detecting some of its classes being swizzled out BA Global is still under investigation as to what it checks but still... my Arm asm skills isn't good enough yet :(
