1) Make firmware work with arm gcc. The recommend compile tool is PX4-toolchain. 2) Change the FreeRTOS from 8.1.2 to 8.2.0 3) Remove config tool from osd firmware repository. The config tool local at https://github.com/PlayUAV/OSDTool
